About The Position

EOS Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP-related projects while providing day-to-day help desk support for end users. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors to ensure system issues are resolved efficiently and project initiatives stay on track. his position work out of Fargo, ND branch.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Proficient in project management platforms, including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and comparable tracking tools
  • Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, Infor, Sage)
  • 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new systems quickly
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating ERP system projects, including implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate project updates and system changes to stakeholders and end users
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for ERP-related issues, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution
  • Log, prioritize, and escalate support tickets as needed
  • Work with users to identify system issues, document requirements, and recommend solutions
  • Support system testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities
  • Maintain documentation for processes, system configurations, and user guides
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system bugs and performance issues
  • Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits as needed
