About The Position

Experienced Senior ERP Project Manager needed to lead enterprise ERP initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role requires strong ERP program leadership, stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience with integrations, data migration, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex, enterprise‑level ERP projects.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR business processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels including executives.
• Experience with system architecture, integrations, and data migration.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid.
• Experience with project and portfolio tools such as Microsoft Project; Planview PPM Pro; ServiceNow SPM; Open Workbench.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build stakeholder trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex ERP projects across multiple business domains from planning through closeout.
• Manage full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Drive change management and adoption activities to ensure successful transition to new systems and processes.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support portfolio planning by mapping resource demand to project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare executive‑level communications including status updates, presentations, and steering committee materials.
• Oversee vendor integration activities and ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.
