ERP Practice Lead

About The Position

We are seeking a senior, growth-oriented ERP Practice Lead to own and scale Centrilogic’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and preferred experience across other leading ERP platforms such as NetSuite, JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle Fusion, and other enterprise ERP solutions within our portfolio. This executive role is accountable for strategy, revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and delivery excellence across the ERP practice. The individual will own the ERP Practice P&L and will drive market positioning, expand ERP opportunities, grow multi-platform ERP programs, and build a high-performing organization capable of delivering complex, enterprise-scale ERP transformations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of ERP consulting or enterprise applications experience, including executive or Senior level leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP, with experience across additional ERP platforms such as NetSuite, JDE, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling ERP practices, growing pipeline, and delivering complex programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience leading large, distributed, and multi-platform delivery organizations.
  • Strong FP&A or accounting or mid/large scale ERP implementation background/expertise to advise customers on business planning and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall ERP practice strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
  • Own P&L accountability for the ERP portfolio, including revenue growth, margins, and utilization.
  • Scale a multi-ERP practice with Dynamics 365 as the core platform, complemented by NetSuite, JDE, Fusion, and other ERP systems.
  • Establish a cohesive, integrated ERP operating model while preserving platform-specific depth and differentiation.
  • Drive ERP pipeline growth and large-deal expansion across new and existing clients.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for major ERP pursuits, deal shaping, commercial strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to position Centrilogic as a trusted ERP transformation partner.
  • Identify and launch industry-focused ERP offerings, accelerators, and managed services.
  • Expand ERP footprint within strategic accounts through upsell, cross-platform ERP expansion, and modernization programs.
  • Provide executive oversight across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, and other ERP partner ecosystems.
  • Strengthen alliances, co-sell initiatives, and joint go-to-market strategies with ERP vendors and ISVs.
  • Stay ahead of ERP product roadmaps, licensing models, cloud transitions, and industry solutions.
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence across all ERP engagements, regardless of platform.
  • Establish enterprise-grade governance, delivery standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • Serve as the senior executive escalation point for critical ERP programs.
  • Champion change management, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes across ERP implementations.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a senior ERP leadership team, including Directors, Practice Leads, Architects, and Delivery Leaders.
  • Drive talent strategy across ERP platforms, including hiring, succession planning, capability development, and retention.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and client-centric execution.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, Data & AI, Integration, and Managed Services leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Represent the ERP practice at the executive level internally and with clients and partners.
  • Contribute to long-term corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and M&A integration (as applicable).
