This position serves as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager for Change Management, initiating and implementing the detailed work plan for the ERP Change Management program. In this role, you will manage Organizational Change Management for the ERP program which includes ERP Communications. Requirements

  • Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in business or public administration.
  • Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in change management or a closely related field.
  • Requires three (3) years of professional experience supervising or leading a team of professionals in a large and complex organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in change management, including experience in leading organizational change initiatives, preferably in a large-scale ERP initiative.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience supporting organizational change management efforts, including demonstrated ability to gain functional knowledge of a complex transaction system to inform change management approaches and methods.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience using change management methodologies and tools, such as stakeholder analysis, communication planning, or readiness assessments.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience developing and implementing multi-jurisdictional policies and procedures.
  • Three (3) years of professional experience building consensus and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive sponsors, cross-functional teams, project managers, and vendor partners.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology impacts on business processes and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess complex situations, identify potential challenges, develop effective solutions, and resolve sensitive issues.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and effectively communicate complex technical or policy information to varied audiences in verbal and written form.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply organizational and project management methodologies to balance competing priorities, ensure high-quality deliverables, and achieve enterprise-wide objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Subject to management approval, serves as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager for Organizational Change Management, initiating and implementing the detailed work plan for the ERP Change Management program for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
  • Partners with the ERP Program leadership to oversee, coordinate, and control the continuing implementation of the ERP Program.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Change Management of the ERP Program.
  • Serves as full line supervisor.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
