This position serves as the Human Capital Management (HCM) – Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Learning Lead, overseeing HCM Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Learning Functional Experts and agency subject matter experts to design and optimize a comprehensive, statewide solution for assigned functional areas, taking a holistic approach to business processes. In addition, you will oversee the design, implementation, and support of the integrated statewide solution for HCM, focusing on Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Learning functional areas, and staged configuration and implementation in state agencies and constitutional offices. This position serves as full line supervisor and as a member of the Executive ERP Program Team.
