About The Position

Akamai is growing its Change Management team. As part of the IT Change Management team, you will drive change activities across a broad set of transformational efforts. You will partner with executive sponsors, project team members, and HRBPs. You will lead discovery, strategy, planning, and execution to shift mindsets and behaviors. In this role, you will lead change strategy and execution for Oracle ERP Cloud initiatives supporting Finance stakeholders. You will partner with Finance leaders, IT, HR, and program teams to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure sustained business outcomes. This role is embedded within a broader Change Management practice, offering opportunities to contribute to additional enterprise transformation initiatives over time. Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation roles
  • Bring proven experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance) implementations or similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday Financials)
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Finance processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and how ERP systems enable them
  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end change strategies for large-scale programs and AI-driven initiatives
  • Apply dedicated analytical skills to define KPIs, measure adoption, and translate insights into actionable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing comprehensive change management strategies for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and enhancements
  • Aligning change plans to Finance priorities, business processes, and enterprise transformation goals
  • Translating technical ERP changes into business impacts and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Identifying and assessing impacted Finance stakeholder groups across functions (e.g., FP&A, Accounting, Procurement)
  • Designing and implementing adoption strategies, including training, reinforcement, and performance support (e.g., digital adoption tools)
  • Defining and tracking success metrics (adoption, usage, proficiency, business outcomes)
  • Leading change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to proactively mitigate risks
  • Applying and evolving Akamai's Change Management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
