We are seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to support and scale complex, cross-functional change initiatives that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operate effectively at scale. This role operates at a portfolio level, aligning change strategies across multiple initiatives to ensure measurable adoption, sustained behavior change, and business impact. You will influence senior stakeholders and integrate change across programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change Management, this role partners closely with Business Process Excellence, Program Management, Enablement, and Operations within Autodesk’s horizontal transformation teams.
