About The Position

The ERP Integrations Administrator is responsible for keeping core enterprise systems running smoothly, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms, and maintaining the integrity of the single source of truth. This role supports critical systems including ERP, back office, HRIS, finance, loyalty, and mobile applications, ensuring they remain stable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The position is hands-on and high-impact, suitable for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, proactive issue prevention, and understanding system functionalities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, HRIS, financial, or retail back-office platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, ETL, and data flow architecture.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Skilled in vendor management and project coordination.
  • Must consent to and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain core enterprise systems (ERP, back office, HRIS, finance, loyalty, mobile, etc.), ensuring configurations, permissions, workflows, and integrations operate smoothly.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, and evaluate new features for compatibility with existing workflows.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, managing support tickets, escalations, and ongoing system support.
  • Maintain and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information.
  • Assist reporting teams in obtaining clean and trustworthy data.
  • Ensure systems adhere to security policies, maintain audit trails, access controls, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to streamline processes, improve documentation, enhance operational maturity, and travel to locations as needed.
