About The Position

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst will leverage Human Resources (HR) expertise to support system testing, provide ongoing support, and adhere to change management protocols for HCM modules. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving reported issues, updating system tables, assisting with testing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Benefits (BN), Time (TM), Payroll (PY), and Self-Service (XSS). This position will also collaborate closely with the ERP HCM Technical Analyst and ERP HCM Systems Manager to gather, document, and translate business requirements/processes and solutions for HCM modules. The role involves working with business partners to understand their needs, drafting detailed specifications for business processes, and ensuring final solutions align with documented requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent and eight (8) years of experience in the field related to the position.
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline and six (6) years of experience in the field related to the position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline and four (4) years of experience in the field related to the position.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline and two (2) years of experience in the field related to the position.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues within HCM modules.
  • Update system tables.
  • Assist with system testing.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM modules (OM, PA, BN, TM, PY, XSS).
  • Collaborate with ERP HCM Technical Analyst and ERP HCM Systems Manager to gather, document, and translate business requirements/processes and solutions.
  • Work with business partners to understand their needs.
  • Draft detailed specifications for business processes.
  • Ensure final solutions align with documented requirements.
