About The Position

Cerebras Systems is seeking an ERP Engineer to join their Business Intelligence and Systems team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable ERP solutions, translating complex requirements from Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Datacenter, and Enterprise teams into reliable system capabilities, integrations, and workflow automations. The engineer will act as a technical owner for the connected ecosystem, combining solution architecture with direct configuration, development, production support, and delivery using Scrum and Agile practices. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, business process fluency, and the ability to transform ambiguous needs into secure, tested, and supportable production solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in ERP engineering, business systems, enterprise applications, integrations, or related technical roles, with meaningful production ownership in complex environments.
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support.
Strong SuiteScript and JavaScript or TypeScript skills, with practical experience using SuiteTalk, REST and SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, saved searches, and NetSuite security concepts.
Demonstrated ability to design and build complete solutions rather than only administer applications or coordinate vendors.
Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms, API-based integrations, authentication, error handling, monitoring, and production support.
Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, and inventory management.
Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams and translating requirements into appropriately sized stories, estimates, acceptance criteria, test plans, and releases.
Working knowledge of software engineering practices including version control, peer review, environment management, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders, engineers, IT, Security, auditors, and external partners.
High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Nice To Haves

Experience in semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, supply-chain, or other inventory-intensive environments.
Experience integrating ERP platforms with PLM, WMS, 3PL, contract manufacturing, procurement, expense, HR, banking, CRM, or enterprise data platforms.
Experience with Python, cloud platforms, and event-driven or serverless integration patterns.
Experience operating in a public-company, IPO-readiness, or SOX-regulated environment.
NetSuite, integration-platform, Scrum, or related professional certifications.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ERP solutions that meet current business needs and scale with company growth.
Build solutions using native configuration, workflows, and custom records.
Produce solution designs that define process flows, data models, integrations, controls, environments, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support requirements.
Evaluate requests and select the simplest sustainable approach across native ERP capabilities, configuration, customization, integration, automation, or process change.
Establish reusable technical patterns and reduce unnecessary customization, fragile dependencies, and long-term support burden.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Center Operations, and other teams to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.
Design and improve end-to-end processes including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse transactions, returns and RMA, fixed assets, and management reporting.
Lead technical discovery, assess gaps and dependencies, and recommend options with clear effort, risk, data ownership, validation, reconciliation, and support requirements.
Design, build, and support integrations between the ERP and adjacent platforms such as PLM, procurement, contracts, HR, expense, banking, CRM, data, and warehouse systems.
Create reusable integration services and automation patterns while maintaining clear systems of record and business ownership.
Deliver work through a Scrum-based operating model, participating actively in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Work with business systems analysts and product owners to convert business needs into epics, user stories, technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and a sequenced delivery plan.
Break complex initiatives into testable increments and communicate scope, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and delivery status clearly.
Maintain a strong definition of done covering design approval, code review, testing, security and control validation, documentation, deployment readiness, and operational handoff.
