As an ERP Business / Financial Systems Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals to ensure the optimal configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance of financial and operational software systems for clients. Requirements

• Exceptional recent graduates with a strong, demonstrable aptitude for this work.
• A solid foundation in one of the following fields: Accounting, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Engineering.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in or comfort with client-facing interactions.
• The ability to document complex processes in a clear and accessible manner.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
• Excellent project management skills—ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Xero, CIN7, Odoo, HubSpot) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end implementation of software solutions, including evaluating client systems, mapping integration plans, collecting and preparing data, and ensuring a smooth transition to new platforms.
• Collaborate with team leads to consult clients on best-fit solutions, and provide clear, effective training and user support for successful software adoption.
• Conduct in-depth examinations of client business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, recommending enhancements or alternative software solutions.
• Take ownership of data accuracy across integrated systems, monitoring data flows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring financial and operational information is reliable.
• Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide clients with a clear view of their financial and operational health.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies in existing systems or processes and recommend enhancements that improve client efficiency and scalability.
• Keep pace with the evolving landscape of cloud-based financial and operational software, sharing insights with clients and team members.
