About The Position

CGI is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our CGI team! This position can be completed remotely. You will act as a liaison between the business function and information systems, providing technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing basic systems. Employ business knowledge and perspective of IT needs to gather business specifications and requirements and act as the primary contact to IT for the business units moderately complex needs. Your future duties and responsibilities: How you'll make an impact . Design, test, and support system users in the IT industry . Collaborate with the client on technology and business process related efforts that include gathering functional business requirements, designing new system functionality, testing, software code, documenting deliverables, and supporting end users . Facilitate team and client meetings effectively to gather and document requirements, design system enhancements, drive user feedback, and conduct quality assurance testing through completion of project . Write system documentation, including developer guides, design specifications, and topic papers . Create test scripts based on business requirements . Perform system testing using test scripts to ensure requirements are met . Execute regression testing scripts

Requirements

  • 5+ years experence as an "ERP" Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience implementing IT systems
  • Experience in all facets of the IT project lifecycle
  • Experience in system analysis, design, and testing
  • Experience supporting an application help desk
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills
  • Elevated level of interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented experience and proficiency
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment, as well as travel 25% or less of the time
  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
