Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst with specialized expertise in SAP Industry Standard for Utilities (ISU) and Financial Contract Accounting (FICA). Requirements

11-15 years of business analysis experience
Strong background in SAP Industry Standard for Utilities (ISU)
Extensive experience in SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) configuration
Hands-on experience leading FICA or billing projects
Expertise in utility billing systems and processes
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SDLC
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

Assess, design, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot SAP ISU/FICA technology solutions
Implement and configure SAP application enhancements for utility billing and financial processes
Lead FICA and billing configuration projects with innovative solutions
Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain existing and new systems
Apply Agile methodologies and system development lifecycles
Collaborate with project managers, ERP managers, IT teams, and business representatives
Identify opportunities to leverage SAP functionality for improved business processes
Deliver comprehensive end-user support and training
Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and continuity
