About The Position

We're looking for an ERP Business Partner to help lead the implementation and long-term success of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, Odoo. In this role, you’ll serve as the business owner of our ERP platform, working closely across Finance, Operations, and Information Technology to understand business needs, improve processes, and guide how the platform evolves over time. You'll join an implementation already underway, building on the work completed to date while helping guide adoption, improve business processes, and shape the platform's long-term success. You'll help establish priorities for future enhancements and work with business stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to meet organizational needs. Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll build strong relationships across the organization, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and help teams make decisions that balance business needs with practical, scalable, sustainable technology solutions. If you enjoy improving processes, enabling others through technology, and taking ownership of a business-critical platform, we'd love to hear from you.
