About The Position

Fluke Corporation is seeking an ERP Applications Manager expert to evolve our enterprise Oracle ERP landscape, spanning Finance, Supply Chain, and Order‑to‑Cash business domains. This role is accountable not only for operational stability, but for leveraging ERP platforms to enable business growth, process simplification, regulatory compliance, and global scale. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who can operate confidently at the intersection of business outcomes, technology execution, and people leadership. This position serves as the enterprise champion of Oracle ERP applications, including Oracle E‑Business Suite and the strategic evolution toward Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to drive standardization, disciplined change management, and data integrity across regions and functions. Success in this role requires balancing run‑the‑business excellence with a multi‑year ERP modernization roadmap, ensuring minimal disruption while increasing adoption, reliability, and value realization. The ERP Applications Manager will lead a global team of architects, analysts, and partners, with responsibility for service performance, vendor strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. This leader is accountable for ensuring ERP capabilities translate into measurable business impact, including improved close cycles, reliable supply chain execution, reduced customization, and strong audit and risk posture. The role is expected to influence senior levels, make trade‑off decisions, and establish enterprise standards that scale with the business. This role owns outcomes, not just systems—delivering ERP stability today while positioning Fluke for enterprise scale, regulatory readiness, and future ERP transformation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP application support or administration experience
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, including core modules such as Financials, SCM, OM, WSH etc.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) — compute, networking, storage, and managed services
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Proven people management experience coaching, hiring, and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact
  • Experience leading programs and process automation. Ability to implement and manage projects using agile methodologies.
  • Progressive and relevant experience driving process improvement
  • Experience with vendor evaluation and working with an offshore/onsite vendor model.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required
  • Must be collaborative and possess the ability to influence outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of direct reports, contractors, and/or project team members.
  • Lead day-to-day management of the team, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, priorities, and commitments.
  • Determine the scope of changes; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress for the ERP system.
  • Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
  • Partner with regional IT and Infrastructure teams to implement IT systems, including (but not limited to) Oracle ERP.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
  • Own SLA compliance, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement across all supported applications.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical P1/P2 incidents across the Oracle ERP landscape.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volumes and improve MTTR.
  • Manage vendor relationships with Oracle Support and third-party system integrators.
  • Promote and establish governance across systems.
  • Promote a positive working environment by building strong relationships.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, in line with Fortive ethics, in environments with high business sensitivity and confidentiality.
