About The Position

The ERP and Systems Analyst is the strategic bridge between our business operations and our technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be the primary gatekeeper, administrator, and optimization expert for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and interconnected core business systems. You will collaborate closely with departmental leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations) to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience working explicitly in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP Specialist role, with past experience or a strong willingness to handle fundamental IT helpdesk duties.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or implementing major ERP platforms (e.g., Infor, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Workday).
  • Proficient in SQL for querying databases.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Google/Gmail and macOS.
  • Basic understanding of user provisioning via Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the ERP platform, managing user roles, security permissions, system configurations, and routine maintenance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design/implement system enhancements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), map out patch updates, and manage the deployment of new modules or system upgrades to ensure zero operational downtime.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot the data flow and integrations between the core ERP and peripheral systems (CRM, e-commerce, third-party logistics, warehouse management systems, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain data governance standards to ensure a single, accurate version of truth across all platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated data extracts to assist leadership with data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for system bugs, errors, and performance issues, coordinating with external vendors or development teams when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on system architectures, custom configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and create self-service guides to boost user adoption and system proficiency across the company.
  • Own the end-to-end hardware provisioning process. This includes physically setting up, imaging, and configuring company laptops (Mac/Windows) and accounts for all new team members.
  • Act as the friendly, go-to technical resource for local office issues, resolving routine desktop support, basic networking (Wi-Fi/printers), and software access requests.
  • Track IT inventory, including laptops, peripherals, license keys, and hardware lifecycle scheduling.
