About The Position

These are law firm attorney roles focused on ERISA, employee benefits, retirement plans, executive compensation, ESOPs, and benefits-related transactional advisory work. We are working with established law firms seeking attorneys across executive compensation, retirement plans, ERISA compliance, ESOPs, and employee benefits practices. These opportunities involve sophisticated benefits counseling for public and private companies, Fortune 100 employers, institutional clients, and closely held businesses handling complex retirement, compensation, and transaction-related benefits matters.

Requirements

Licensed attorneys (JD required)
Substantive employee benefits, ERISA, executive compensation, or tax-focused benefits experience
Strong drafting, analytical, compliance, or advisory experience
Active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction (or ability to waive where applicable)

General corporate attorneys without benefits exposure
Litigators without ERISA or benefits advisory experience
Candidates without substantive plan drafting or compliance experience
Pure labor & employment litigators without benefits work

Responsibilities

Handling sophisticated plan design, benefits counseling, and benefits-related transaction work.
Advising on IRC §§83, 280G, 409A, 457(f), and 457A issues while collaborating closely with active M&A and corporate deal teams.
Working directly with sophisticated institutional clients on retirement plan design, compliance strategy, and executive compensation matters within a highly collaborative partnership-track environment.
Working closely with an established client base while developing toward long-term leadership and succession into a significant existing practice.
