About The Position
Services SFT is looking for a passionate occupational therapist to join a dynamic team in Gaspésie. You will actively contribute to maintaining and improving residents' autonomy and quality of life in a humane and stimulating long-term care environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or rehabilitation (major asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of observation
- Team spirit and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' functional abilities and their occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Adapt the environment and recommend technical aids promoting safety and autonomy
- Offer rehabilitation and functional stimulation interventions
- Ensure rigorous traceability of interventions according to professional standards
