  • Ability to conduct ergonomic risk assessments
  • Ability to contribute to improvement designs, methods, and programs that enhance workplace safety
  • Ability to participate in cross‑functional teams and incident investigations
  • Ability to strengthen ergonomic practices and corrective actions
  • Ability to communicate effectively between shop‑floor personnel and management
  • Ability to raise awareness of ergonomic issues and promote hazard control
  • Ability to maintain accurate recordkeeping
  • Ability to collect ergonomic and incident data
  • Ability to uphold corporate data protection and retention standards
  • Ability to assist in maintaining site ergonomic policies and procedures
  • Ability to support HSE projects
  • Ability to contribute to employee ergonomics training
  • Ability to follow standard work and quality procedures
  • Ability to identify non‑conforming material
  • Ability to actively support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities
