About The Position

Reporting into the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office, this position will support day-to-day Employee Resource Group (ERG) operations, employee experience, and systems maintenance, as part of the global DEI strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in ERG-related programming within a large complex organization similar to Ford
  • 2+ years of Project management experience
  • 2+ years of Organizational development/change management skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of ERG strategic objectives, initiatives and programming.
  • Provide general support for the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office.
  • Conduct research for presentations and learning materials.
  • Create and edit Excel reports, PowerPoint decks, and other documents in support of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain appropriate processes, toolkits, guidelines, policies, practices that advance efficient and effective ERG operations.
  • Develop suggestions on initiatives to take within the organizations to support diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Work with communications to drive external and internal diversity, inclusiveness, and respect-related messages through various channels within the company.
  • Maintain event payment cycles and processes to ensure fiscal compliance.
