About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. This role is for someone who consistently leads by example, is a passionate and patient coach and mentor, and enjoys working together as a team to provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring, possess advanced veterinary skills, and have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
Other related duties as assigned.
