About The Position
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an ER Tech to join our Emergency Room team! This is a Full Time position with a .9FTE, 36hrs/wk. The shift is a Day Shift from 7a-7p, requiring work every other weekend and rotating holidays. An Emergency Care Technician, under the direction and supervision of the nurse, performs selected patient care tasks and other duties. They follow detailed and specific instructions, and matters not covered are verified with the nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Licensed as a CNA, PCA, MA, EMT, or EMT-P.
- Certifications must be held at the state level or be nationally registered.
Responsibilities
- Performs selected patient care tasks and other duties under the direction and supervision of the nurse.
- Follows detailed and specific instructions.
- Verifies matters not covered with the nurse.
