The ER Inpatient Technician's primary responsibility is to provide care for the hospitalized patients that are deemed stable according to the veterinarian’s evaluation and AESC’s defined levels of hospitalization. This individual will assess patients and facilitate treatments under the direction of the supervising veterinarian. They will have excellent communication with the supervising veterinarian and address concerns with the patients as they arise. The ER Inpatient Technician is expected to work with all doctors, technicians, and assistants to perform diagnostics and execute treatment plans for the hospitalized patient.
