About The Position
DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an Emergency Room APP (PA or NP) for a hospital facility in Montana. This is a job opportunity for a new listing facility. The assignment is for an Emergency Room APP, with a start date of 6/15/2026 and an end date of 12/31/2026, with the possibility of up to 1 year, and 3-6 month contracts will be considered. Credentialing takes approximately 45 days. The work schedule involves 6 shifts per month, with 12-hour shifts from 11 am to 11 pm. The Emergency Department averages 50 patients in a 24-hour period, with peak volumes occurring between 11 am and 11 pm. The EMR system used is EPIC. The ideal candidate will have a Montana license or be eligible for IMLC. Required certifications include BC, ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Relevant experience includes working in a Trauma Level 3 facility, independent management of all patient levels in an ED setting with physician backup, and experience leading codes and intubations. The APP will be working in the Emergency Department from 11 am to 11 pm and will be on shift with a physician.
Requirements
- BC, ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- Experience in independent management of all levels of patients in an ED setting w/ physician back-up
- Experience leading codes
- Experience with intubation
- Ideally want MT license, can look at IMLC
