About The Position

Logan Health is seeking an energetic, experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) committed to clinical excellence to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis in Shelby, Montana. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice medicine in a beautiful rural setting near Glacier National Park, making a meaningful impact on the community. The position involves a mix of Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Inpatient/Hospital duties with low patient volumes, allowing for high-quality, personalized care. PRN positions offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations.

Requirements

• Must be an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA).
• Minimum of 3+ years of Emergency Room experience.
• Commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to work variable, flexible PRN shifts.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening including: Criminal background check, Reference checks, Drug Screening, Health and Immunizations Screening, Physical Demand Review/Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Emergency Department (70-80% of the role).
• Provide care in the Urgent Care setting (10-20% of the role).
• Provide care for Inpatient/Hospital patients (~10% of the role).
• Offer coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations.
