About The Position
The summer analyst program provides an excellent opportunity for senior-level banker and client exposure and higher, immediate “hands-on” experience. KBCM provides its Summer Analysts unprecedented professional development opportunities through a mix of on-the-job training and structured, hands-on experience. The program is designed to provide broad experience across all stages of transaction executions, from pitch phase through closing. Because our Summer Analyst Program is a direct pipeline for our full-time Analyst positions, it offers exceptional potential for you to return to KBCM upon graduation to start your capital markets career.
Requirements
- Rising juniors enrolled in a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, economics or accounting graduating by May of 2028
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Producing analysis, recommendations, and reports on investment opportunities that institutional investors may be interested in.
- Providing recommendations on public companies as well as expert knowledge on their sector.
Benefits
- Weekly salary in the range of $1,340 to $1,440 per week
- Overtime compensation paid in accordance with the Fluctuating Workweek Method
- A $2,000 Summer Analyst Sign-on Bonus
