The purpose of the role is to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities. This involves analyzing business problems and client requirements, developing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting business case creation, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting the creation of reports on project progress. The role also involves creating operational and process designs, and supporting change management activities. The Assistant Vice President Expectations include advising and influencing decision-making, contributing to policy development, taking responsibility for operational effectiveness, collaborating closely with other functions, leading teams performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching employees, and appraising performance. For individual contributors, the role involves leading collaborative assignments, guiding team members, identifying the need for specialized expertise, identifying new directions for assignments, consulting on complex issues, mitigating risk, developing new policies/procedures, and performing work that requires an understanding of how different areas coordinate. The role requires engaging in complex analysis of data from multiple sources, communicating complex information, and influencing stakeholders.
