About The Position

Vixxo is hiring a full-time Equipment Technician to independently provide reactive and preventative maintenance services across an assigned territory that includes San Diego, California, and surrounding areas. The technician repairs commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems, builds customer relationships through professional and reliable service, and meets customer Service Level Agreement requirements. Compensation is $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

At least one year of experience servicing equipment; experience with proper testing equipment and practices for general electrical and water systems is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
Enjoy coffee; tasting is the final step in repairs.
Be proficient with smartphones for inventory, management, scheduling, and other tasks.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
