About The Position

At CS Power Systems, an Equipment Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs a wide variety of equipment, including warehouse, manufacturing, and plant equipment. The role performs scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing plant equipment, and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment while following maintenance procedures and company policies. The technician also supports safety and environmental compliance and may perform other duties as required. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or Community College/new graduate.
0–2 years of experience, or Community College/new graduate.
Manufacturing experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience repairing manufacturing and plant equipment.
Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI, machine control, and industrial robotics.
Ability to interpret machine schematics and electrical and mechanical drawings.
Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment as directed.
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing plant equipment.
Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment in the plant.
Follow maintenance procedures to ensure appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Ensure compliance with internal and external plant policies and procedures.
Help ensure Maintenance group personnel safety meets company standards, Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and company policy.
Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules and policies.
Conduct other duties as required.
