As part of our service team, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment. You'll receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to become an independent field or shop technician. Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to learn.
Mechanical experience through work, school, military, farming, automotive, diesel, or personal projects.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to be coached.
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in both shop and field environments.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
Duties may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, and effective communication with others, in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and applicable federal, state, and local standards.

Nice To Haves

Equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, including filter and fluid changes.
Install and replace rubber tracks and undercarriage components.
Assist with inspections and repairs on heavy equipment.
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with guidance from experienced technicians.
Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify equipment issues.
Maintain accurate service records and complete work safely and efficiently.
Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
