Requirements
- Proven experience in repairing, maintaining, and managing large-scale specialized machinery
- Thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automation equipment fundamentals and troubleshooting procedures
- Strong hands-on skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of responsibility
- Able to work on-site during standard Monday–Friday business hours
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, repair, and perform routine maintenance on large-scale specialized equipment
- Develop and execute equipment maintenance schedules to ensure stable operation
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, proposing improvement and optimization recommendations
- Manage repair records, technical documentation, and spare parts usage
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance equipment efficiency and safety
