About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support II to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious and value a supportive work environment. The company offers competitive pay starting at $21.25 - $26.60/hr, paid weekly, with a typical schedule of Monday – Friday (45-50 Hrs./Wk.). Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds. Previous construction equipment experience is a plus but not required. The role requires effective communication, a full range of motion for climbing in and out of equipment, and a willingness to learn and show initiative. Bilingualism is also a plus. Sunstate fosters a close-knit, work-family environment with opportunities for internal growth and skill development.
