About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support II to join their team. This role involves assisting drivers, mechanics, and customers with the operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating construction equipment, ensuring it is clean and ready for rent, and working outdoors in various elements. Sunstate emphasizes safety and teamwork, offering opportunities for career advancement within a growing company. A full range of motion and agility is required due to frequent climbing in and out of equipment.
Requirements
- Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable operating equipment.
- Must be comfortable working outside within the elements within our shop, branch, and yard.
- Prioritize safety within the workplace.
- Be a team player willing to help your team members meet performance goals.
- Be driven to have a rewarding career with a growing company, there's room for advancement!
- Full range of motion and agility is a requirement.
