About The Position

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Equipment Scheduler based in Baltimore . You’ll be responsible for managing fleet sourcing and positioning to fulfill customers’ orders Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades. What you’ll do as Equipment Scheduler: You will be based out of BALTIMORE service center Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfils the need of the customer utilizing our technological resources Collaborating with customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job Partner with all other schedulers (Transport, fuel, rehire) for the successful completion of the projects Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met Produce relevant performance monitoring data regarding On Time in Full and transport recoveries Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures including ISO, internal, external or PLC audits Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
  • 2+ years of experience supply chain and logistics
  • Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong analytical skill with an attention to detail and execution
  • Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs

Responsibilities
