About The Position

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking an Equipment Sales Representative to support their Lancaster County territory. This role offers tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals seeking a career with a great company that maintains a family feel. The position is a true Outside Sales role, with four days physically out in the territory and one in-office day to build key relationships at the branch. The performance and success of the territory will require establishing new relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing business. Responsibilities include the sale of new and used material handling equipment, as well as rental and leasing agreements.

Requirements

Prior experience in an Outside Sales role
High energy individual with a “hunter mentality”
Results oriented, self-starter able to work independently
Strong competitive drive
Ability to build long lasting relationships
Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Foster the sale of new and used equipment, as well as the sale of rental agreements
Contribute to the team effort by meeting and exceeding sales goals
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
Provide superior customer service
Prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly & annual territory analysis
