About The Position

MOC Products Company Inc. is hiring an Equipment Repair Technician to troubleshoot and repair MOC automotive equipment. This is a hands-on position requiring technical aptitude, mechanical problem-solving ability, and strong people skills. The technician will work to resolve equipment issues professionally and promptly, including traveling to customer locations in a company vehicle when repairs are needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• 12V DC experience.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English and write simple correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving MOC automotive equipment issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair MOC automotive equipment.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations for machine repairs as needed.
• Escalate problems and issues to management when necessary.
• Follow the company’s field procedures and protocols.
