About The Position

The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role supporting telephone and walk-in customers renting construction and industrial equipment. As a frontline customer contact, the specialist understands customer equipment needs, negotiates and places orders, and provides customer satisfaction through a professional attitude. The role also requires strong administrative skills. The position offers steady hours, potential overtime, and opportunities to develop skills for an outside sales or operational management career track.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or another language), which may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities
