About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Equipment Picker to join our fulfillment team. This role is responsible for picking and staging orders consisting of fitness equipment, including weightlifting gear and exercise machines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and willing to assist in both equipment-assisted and manual picking tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items as needed (fitness equipment, weights, machines)
- Certification (or willingness to become certified) on reach truck and order picker
- Comfortable working at heights and operating powered industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in warehouse picking or fulfillment
- Experience working with large or heavy products
Responsibilities
- Pick and fulfill orders for fitness equipment, including heavy and bulky items
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers
- Retrieve items from both elevated storage and floor-level locations
- Assist with manual picking when needed, including lifting and moving products
- Ensure order accuracy and handle products with care
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
