About The Position

This role involves the safe and effective operation of various heavy equipment on-site. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for maintaining equipment, assisting with general site tasks, training new team members, and adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment is required.

• Ability to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.

• Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and support team operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, bucket loaders, skid steers, and more.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed, hours worked, and locations.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned equipment and promptly report any issues to the Site Lead or department manager.
• Assist with non-vehicle-related tasks on-site to support operational needs as directed.
• Train new team members as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment and working on-site.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team and meet project goals.
