Requirements

  • Valid Drivers license and clean driving record - required
  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - required
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs - required
  • Able to work outdoors in an alpine environment
  • At least 1-year heavy equipment experience - required
  • Able to lift and carry 100lbs

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED - preferred
  • Previous heavy equipment experience - required
  • Previous guest service experience - required
  • Experience using power tools - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate pickup trucks and a variety of equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and tractors for the purpose of street, utility repair, maintenance, snow removal and construction.
  • Provide excellent internal and external guest service.
  • Monitor all equipment and make sure that all issues are addressed promptly and communicated with leads and manager.
  • Operate light equipment such as shovels, rakes, back pack blowers, weed whips, power brooms and other hand operated tools.
  • Perform routine traffic control to facilitate safe traffic flow.
  • Provide labor for street operation maintenance, waste and litter removal, recycling efforts, and special event support.
  • Attend Company training classes as required for position.
