Now, we’re taking the next step—bringing our can-making process in-house to Bryan, OH, creating a fully integrated operation from lithography to finished product. We’re hiring 15 mechanically inclined, dependable operators to help make this transition a success. Two paths. One opportunity to be part of a major evolution in our operation. People who thrive in a mechanical environment, enjoy troubleshooting, and are ready to be part of something bigger. Choose Your Path Path 1: Travel & Train (Be First on the Process) Want to be at the center of this transition? Travel to our New Jersey facility for hands-on training (up to ~3 months). Learn directly on the existing, proven equipment before it’s relocated to Bryan. Company-supported travel, plus stipend and bonus eligibility. Return as a Train-the-Trainer, helping stand up operations and guide others. Best for: Candidates who want to fast-track their growth and take on a leadership role in launching the process locally. Path 2: Bryan Launch Team (Start Local, Grow Fast) Prefer to stay local and jump in? Be part of the Bryan-based startup team as equipment is installed and brought online. Learn the process on-site and begin running equipment as operations ramp up. Play a key role in building a fully integrated manufacturing process. Grow into advanced operator roles as production expands. Best for: Candidates ready to get hands-on, adapt quickly, and help build something from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of machine operation or similar experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals
  • Proven reliability and solid work history
  • Hands-on mindset—you enjoy fixing, adjusting, and improving equipment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on a challenge
  • Training or mentoring experience (especially for travel path)

Nice To Haves

  • Can-making or metal packaging
  • OBI or metal forming punch press

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate metal forming and slitting equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and keep production running efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Ensure product quality meets specifications
  • Follow all safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • (Travel Path) Train and mentor new operators after returning to Bryan
