About The Position

We are looking for a Packaging Equipment Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Viking ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines and will play a vital role in producing high-quality nutraceutical products.
Requirements
- Experience operating Viking ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines or high-speed packaging machines is preferred.
- Familiarity with powder and liquid filling processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Viking ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines for efficient production.
- Set up machines for various production runs, adjusting settings for different fillers.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during production.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production workflows.
- Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
