About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator in our North Mankato-MN facility. This role involves operating equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing, and print production. The operator will be responsible for setups, adjustments, and cleanups, ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. This position requires the ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to correctly position and secure machinery, and to adjust machine settings to meet specifications, quality guidelines, and production timelines.

Requirements

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail
High degree of mechanical ability
Good reading ability
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Responsibilities
