About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator in our North Mankato-MN facility. This role involves operating equipment and machinery for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing, and print production. The position requires setting up, adjusting, and cleaning equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Operators will read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to position and secure machinery, and adjust machine settings to meet specifications, quality guidelines, and production timelines.

Requirements

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail
High degree of mechanical ability
Good reading ability
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production
