About The Position

We are looking for an Equipment Operator (Mobile Crane and Switcher truck) to join our team. This is a Permanent/Full Time position. We have two shifts available: 1st Shift: 5:00 am to work completion, Monday – Friday and 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm to work completion, Sunday - Thursday. The role involves performing equipment operation necessary to assist with the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products.

Requirements

Must be able to work in all weather conditions with little to no climate control and regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, varying lighting conditions, stairs, and narrow walkways.
Requires the ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, bend, reach, use hand tools with force, maintain spatial awareness and depth perception, and communicate effectively in a busy industrial environment.
Ability to carry out complex verbal instructions.
Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.
Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Safe operation of machinery on a daily basis
Delivering materials of various size and weight to the Production lines to supply them on a daily basis. (Wet concrete, fabricated steel, etc.)
Maintain consistent communication between other operators and production crews throughout the day in order to provide exceptional service
Properly dispose of scrap materials throughout the day
