About The Position

CVS Health is hiring an Equipment Operator to help fulfill store orders. The role maintains high levels of accuracy and performance while using safe work practices to lift and stack totes and merchandise boxes and build pallets for delivery to stores. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The stated starting hourly pay is $20, plus a $0.75 shift differential. The typical base pay range is $17.00–$31.30 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to use hand and powered tools to perform the job.
Ability to obtain a license to operate all types of powered equipment within 90 days.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to walk, stand, pull, and climb for extended periods.
Ability to lift 20–45 pounds frequently and 45–75 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including during high-volume periods.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work with colleagues at different levels with a focus on customer service.
Ability to act competently in emergencies.
