About The Position

Dustrol Inc, a Milling and Hot-In-Place Recycling contractor that is a 100% Employee Owned company providing asphalt recycling and related highway maintenance services, is looking for a full-time CDL Equipment Operator. Established in 1973, we have had continued success providing the opportunity to grow our footprint! This position requires extensive travel during the construction season. Candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly for project assignments.

Requirements

Class A driver's license required to operate commercial vehicles.
Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.
Travel to multiple locations is required. This position involves frequent travel during the week.
Valid driver’s license – CDL
Minimal violations on MVR
Motivation to learn to operate heavy equipment
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
Post-offer drug/alcohol testing is required as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

Operates equipment in the construction of highway, airport, or parking lot projects.
Operates various pieces of equipment including, but not limited to; milling machine, power broom, skid steer.
Performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment such as lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
