About The Position
Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a qualified Equipment Operator for a large facility in Charlotte, NC. This role involves safely moving materials from conveyor belts to the facility perimeter using a forklift. The position offers significant growth potential with opportunities for internal promotion. This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- At least 6+ months of prior experience as an Equipment Operator.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Willing to consent to a background check.
- Willing to consent to a drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to operate Forklift, Skid Steer.
Responsibilities
- Safely move materials from conveyor belts to the perimeter of the facility using a forklift.
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections.
- Communicate mechanical issues to the maintenance department for repair.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
