Cribley Materials LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Operator to support daily operations at our aggregate wholesale facility. This role is essential to ensuring efficient material handling, maintaining organized yard operations, and keeping equipment in optimal working condition. Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly
- Practical knowledge of industrial tools and basic maintenance
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in aggregate, construction, or landscaping industries
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, trans-loaders, and skid steers
- Offload railcars and assist with dispatching and weighing trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and reliability
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth material flow
- Support general yard and operational needs as required
