Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Capability to perform routine inspections and identify equipment or operational issues.
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to support a variety of site operational needs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support production and site operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Load, move, and stockpile materials according to operational requirements.
• Follow established safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and achieve operational goals.
